Manuel
Co-FounderManuel studied politics and international relations, Management and Law. He briefly pursued a career in finance, but everything changed when a dear friend introduced him to the world of speciality coffee. That first cup opened his eyes to what coffee could truly be. From that moment onwards, he couldn't look at coffee the same way again. He made the leap, leaving the corporate world behind to turn a newfound passion into something real. Noble Coffee is the result: a brand born from curiosity, conviction, and an unwavering belief that everyone deserves to experience coffee at its finest.
Marina Guirguis
Co-FounderMarina Guirguis pursued a career in finance and banking, building a strong professional foundation. Her journey took her from Cairo, Bahrain, Dubai and currently in London, where she spent the last eight years exploring the world of finance. Today, Marina finds great joy in wandering and exploring cafes, savoring different brews and discovering the unique stories behind every cup, and through Noble Coffee she aims to bring the wonder of specialty coffee to countless others.
Magdi Guirguis
Co-FounderMagdi Guirguis is an electrical engineer who laid the foundation of his academic journey in Cairo, Egypt. His career took him across the globe: Cairo, Saudi Arabia, France and Colorado, gaining diverse experiences along the way. He eventually found his home in the vibrant city of Dubai, where he now embraced an exciting new entrepreneurial chapter in his life focused on specialty coffee!

Some roasteries chase volume. Grandmother chases perfection. Tucked inside The Shed Warehouse in Al Quoz Industrial Area 3, this micro-specialty roastery has become one of Dubai's most quietly celebrated names — the kind of place industry visitors mention when asked where the UAE's best coffee is made.
Grandmother was built on a singular conviction: that great coffee begins not at the roaster, but at the farm. Every green bean in their lineup is specialty-graded, hand-picked, and processed by producers who approach their craft with the same care and intentionality that Grandmother brings to the roast. No amount of technique, they believe, can rescue coffee that wasn't grown right to begin with.
Their range spans filter, espresso, and milk-based profiles — each category developed with its own exacting standards rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. The result is a lineup that rewards attention: coffees from Colombia, Yemen, Panama, and Ethiopia that express their origins with clarity and complexity. Every batch is cupped daily, graded, and approved before it reaches your door.
