Delivery
How do you deliver in Dubai?
We partner with Quiqup for same-day delivery across Dubai. Order before 2 PM and your coffee arrives the same day — roasted fresh and packaged with care.
Do you deliver outside Dubai?
We currently deliver within Dubai. We're working on expanding to other Emirates soon — stay tuned.
Is delivery free?
Yes. Free delivery on all orders over 150 AED. A small delivery fee applies to orders below that threshold.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened, sealed products within 7 days of delivery. If something isn't right, reach out and we'll make it right.
Can I return an opened bag?
We're unable to accept returns on opened coffee bags. Coffee is a perishable product — once the seal is broken, we can no longer guarantee its freshness for resale. If there's a quality issue with your order, please contact us directly.
How do I start a return?
Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@noble.coffee within 7 days of receiving your order. Please have your order number ready. We'll arrange collection at no cost to you.
Refunds
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days. It will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
What if my order was damaged in transit?
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product, then contact us within 48 hours. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
Exchanges
Can I exchange a product?
Yes. If you'd like to swap an unopened bag for a different origin or roast, contact us on WhatsApp or by email within 7 days. We'll do our best to accommodate.
How do I reach you for an exchange?
